The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Once you have processed your order online you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.


To process an order manually, please contact us directly at with details of your order, your shipping address, email address, and phone number. We will contact you with more details of how we can process your order manually.



We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $10.00. Please note that this applies to Australian orders only. All of our products are dispatched once a week by Australia Post from regional New South Wales. Due to our rural NSW location delivery times may vary.


Please note that Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID-19.

Free Local Delivery/Collection
Available to orders with addresses that have postcodes 2850, 2350 & 2365 ONLY. Please note this does not include P.O Box addresses. Any orders that do not have these postcodes are not eligible for free local delivery and will not be dispatched until postage has been added to your order. If this has happened by mistake please email to organise postage payment.


International buyers please email prior to payment to arrange registered or insured mail. Please email for a quote and we can process your order manually.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges. 


Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, as well as the delivery location.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
